Vipassana is a meditation of the mind practised by sitting in a quiet environment with a straight back and crossed legs. Vipassana is insight meditation, the oldest practice of Buddhist meditation. Vipassana is a technique that has been taught for thousands of years especially in India, Nepal, and Tibet (China). This meditative practice aims to let the person see the truth of unsatisfactory, impermanence, and selflessness of phenomena. Vipassana is a way of seeing things in reality as they are. This meditation is a journey of self-exploration.
Vipassana is an interconnection between the mind and body. This meditation combines two qualities; training of the mind as well as the calming of the mind. It is a meditation that makes you look inside yourself and notice your true nature. Consistent practice of Vipassana Meditation has huge benefits like making us happier, less stressed, more focused and effective, and more aware. Vipassana is a set of exercises that relaxes the mind and brings a feeling of inner peace.

We follow the authentic traditional technique taught by the founder of Buddhism Gautam Buddha around 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal problems.
Kayanupassana means for “Contemplation on the body”. In the first segment, for 2 days, we work on the body by observing its actions and try to learn how to control them and lead them in the right direction.
Vedananupassana means “Contemplation on the feelings”. In the second section, we work on feelings, watch them, and react accordingly. The feelings can either make us glad or sad, so it is important to work on this.
Cittanupassana means “Contemplation on the mind”. In the third segment, working on the mind is done, we observe it, and try to control and learn how to control it. Going beyond the Chitta and control is the main object of Cittanupassana.
Dhammanupassana means “Contemplation on the Dhammas or mental objects”. In the fourth segment, we work on Dhamma and try to uplift the life of human beings. It enhances the productivity of Good Karma.
