Real Happiness® is a Vedic Meditation learning and retreat centre based in Rishikesh, India. Rishikesh has long been reputed to be the capital of Yoga and one of the most important forms of this art is Meditation. In fact, most of what we practice in Yoga is to be able to achieve a single pose in which we can practice Meditation. The centre offers Meditation retreats which also include Yoga, Wellness, and Holistic programs and study as well as an insight into Indian Culture and spirituality. For those interested in sharing their knowledge as facilitators, we have advanced Meditation Teacher Training programs as well.

For beginners who are just stepping foot into the world of spirituality, you can opt for a 1 or 2-week meditation retreat or program, which will also include daily Yoga Asana and Pranayama classes, daily detox sessions, as well as a structure laid out to help you understand Indian philosophy and the beginning of Kundalini Meditation. You don't need to be from a spiritual background to start noticing profound results in yourself. These courses are designed for beginners and will help you gain insights into your own issues of stress, anxiety, and depression.

For advanced practitioners who have been on a journey of self-exploration for some time, we will go deeper into Kundalini Meditation, study scriptures from the Bhagavad Gita, structural lifestyle changes to strengthen your Sadhana, and much more. We teach based on what we know ourselves and have experienced. We help you to realize the knowledge that already exists inside you but you haven't tapped into as yet.

Fortunately or unfortunately, there is no official affiliation that is recognized as a platform for a mediation course like the Yoga Alliance. This may be because although one can teach you the techniques of meditation as we do, the actual learning comes from your own self-practice, disciple, and dedication.
