The Bhagavad Gita which translates into the Song of God is a collection of 18 chapters that cover a range of spiritual topics such as Bhakti (devotion) Yoga, Karma (action) Yoga, Jnana Yoga (pronounced as Gyan and meaning knowledge), Sanyans (renunciation) Yoga and Dhyana (meditation)Yoga. It is essentially a conversation between Krishna and Arjuna from the great Indian epic, the Mahabharata, and can be seen essentially as a conversation between God and Man.

They say that whatever answer you hoped to find about the meaning of your life, you are sure to find it in Srimad Bhagavad Gita. This scripture which comes from Hindu philosophy and mythology can provide us with an answer no matter how many times you read it. This is because every time you read it, you are a different person. We are changing every second even if we aren’t always aware of it and every time we read it with a fresh perspective.
You will further understand the meaning of karma and hence put into action Karma Yoga(Yoga of action). You realize the difference between karma, destiny, and the fruits of our work on this earth.

The daily course schedule is structured while keeping in mind the beginner, intermediate as well as advanced students. The 13 hours of daily practice include Meditation Philosophy, Practice, Study, Self Study, Food, Music Chanting and everything which is best for the students.
