The Bhagavad Gita which translates into the Song of God is a collection of 18 chapters that cover a range of spiritual topics such as Bhakti (devotion) Yoga, Karma (action) Yoga, Jnana Yoga (pronounced as Gyan and meaning knowledge), Sanyans (renunciation) Yoga and Dhyana (meditation)Yoga. It is essentially a conversation between Krishna and Arjuna from the great Indian epic, the Mahabharata, and can be seen essentially as a conversation between God and Man.

Indian Yoga Meditation Philosophy
